1. Service description

ScholarLedger is a documentation and payment facilitation platform for Florida FTC-PEP scholarship families. ScholarLedger is not affiliated with Step Up for Students or the Florida Department of Education.

2. No guarantee of reimbursement

ScholarLedger structures your documentation to meet published requirements. Final reimbursement approval is determined solely by Step Up for Students. ScholarLedger makes no guarantee of approval.

3. Subscription

Parent accounts require a paid subscription ($12/month or $99/year). A 14-day free trial is available. Payment is collected at signup and charged after trial completion. One trial per account.

4. Payments

In-app payments are processed by Stripe. ScholarLedger does not hold, custody, or guarantee funds. Chargebacks are the responsibility of the initiating party.

5. Tutors are independent contractors

Tutors using ScholarLedger are independent contractors. ScholarLedger is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or completeness of tutoring services.

6. Data retention

ScholarLedger retains compliance documentation for a minimum of 5 years.

7. Limitation of liability

ScholarLedger's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.
